That movie was like a squeal-fest for me Q_Q Emile Hirsch looks a lot cuter in the movie; the stills of him online don't do him much justice )8 Rex Racer was handsome too c8 and Raiinn well ok I don't really think he's that hot, but he had a nice bod OOF. His accent was a bit thicker than I expected it to be so it was hard for me to take him seriously, haw.
unfortunately, the guy who looked like Godot wasn't even a major character and didn't appear until near the end of the movie )8 HE NEEDED MORE APPEARANCES _{and a toaster-shooting mask} AHHH
also, Pops Racer has huge manboobs.

I pretty much loved Speed Racer <D My opinion on it might be really biased though, I mean, it'sSpeedRacer. I loved the characters in the movie and there were some touching moments and OMGNOWAI moments. If there's anything I wasn't totally satisfied with, it's how the movie was filmed. Of course it would be CG/greenscreen-heavy since it's a racing movie and everything, but there some non-racing scenes that I think didn't need that kind of stuff |8 It was kind of distracting. well I'm no movie critic, so I'm sure the director or whatever had a good reason for using it. I was never good with interpreting underlying themes/symbols anyhow fhg

..I can't stop thinking about this line from the movie, I don't remem--JUST KIDDING I FOUND IT: "You're looking at me in a very strange way, Speed." omg I snerked when I heard that in the credits kljfg

gosh that movie has me all ~*INSPIRED*~. I actually started an Apollo Justice/Speed Racer crossover picture in PS, but it's been left uncolored for a while.. the movie gave me a good idea of what I want the final product to look like though, so I'm more willing to finish it now +u+

..but first I need to type my Feminism paper. LAST ESSAY OF THE YEARRRGGGGHH
